      WHAT'S NEW

      NEW APPEAL PROCEDURES

Changes to the Guardianship Act 1987 and Protected Estate Act 1983 start on 28 February 2003. The new laws make it easier to appeal a decision made on or after 28 February 2003 by the Guardianship Tribunal and other bodies. This site will be updated over the coming weeks to bring you any new information that is available about the new laws and how they can help you. For more information, click here to go to our complaints, reviews and appeals section.
