Customer Satisfaction

LawAccess NSW is committed to understanding the needs and expectations of its customers and provides various opportunities for customers to provide feedback and contribute to the development of its services.

As part of this commitment LawAccess NSW conducts an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This survey is conducted by an independent research company and seeks feedback from customers about their experiences with LawAccess NSW. Customer that contact during the designated survey period are asked to voluntarily take part in the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
